Whilst I find that landscapes are not one of my strongest sides of my photography, I think it is very important to practise whenever and try new techniques and what better day to do this than in the Lake District.
I drove up there with my dad on Sundayand had a few ideas in my head as to what I wanted to capture. It was a short trip as we were only there for two days. On the first day I got up at six in the morning and we drove down an hour and a half to Buttermere to capture it during sunrise.
The weather was absolutely stunning during the two days and overall it was good to get out and shoot.
